You may have learned to hold a great deal alone.

Therapy here is a place to feel met, understood, and changed from the inside out.

Welcome!

I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults who are longing for more than simply getting through. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply feeling. From the outside, they may appear composed and high-functioning. Inside, they may feel burdened, disconnected, self-critical, quietly overwhelmed, or tired of carrying so much alone.

My work is grounded in AEDP and informed by relational and psychodynamic therapy. I believe healing begins in the presence of safety, attunement, and a relationship where you no longer have to face your inner world alone. Therapy can become a place to listen more deeply, to make sense of what hurts, to soften what has had to stay guarded, and to move toward a life that feels more connected, more alive, and more fully your own.

"The journey into self-love and self-acceptance must begin with self-examination...until you take the journey of self-reflection, it is almost impossible to grow or learn in life."
~ Iyanla Vanzant

EXPERIENTIAL FOCUS SNAPSHOT

  • feeling anxious, pressured, or unable to rest even when life looks “fine” on the outside
  • longing for closeness while also feeling guarded, unsure, or alone in relationships
  • carrying old pain, loss, or overwhelm that still shapes the present
  • moving through transitions that stir grief, uncertainty, or questions of identity
  • feeling at war with food, body, or self-worth
  • navigating the emotional complexity of perimenopause and menopause

Therapy with me is warm, engaged, and depth-oriented. Together, we make room for the parts of your experience that may have been carried quietly for a long time, and begin to meet them with greater understanding, care, and clarity.

If you are looking for therapy that is thoughtful, relational, and genuinely transformative, I invite you to reach out.
